Meet Dr. Benjamin-Allen
She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Biobehavioral Health. She then went on to pursue her medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she completed a dual degree program also earning her Master’s in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University.
She completed her internship in Family Medicine at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, NY and her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. Dr. Benjamin-Allen’s clinical interests include conservative management of neck and back pain, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT), spasticity management, stroke/brain injury recovery, and musculoskeletal medicine including trigger point and peripheral joint injections. She has a background in personal training, public sector health, and expertise in leading teams to manage complex patients by achieving optimal outcomes in both the inpatient (hospital) and outpatient settings.
She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, running, community service, and mentoring.
