I am not your primary care physician. I will provide my expertise as a consultant in physical medicine & rehabilitation to help meet your rehabilitation needs. This may include directing your current home health team, prescriptions, house calls, OMM treatment, injections, nutrition/fitness recommendations, and referrals for other services. This is a team approach with physician directed care to better serve you or your loved one in achieving optimal outcomes.
